Knocked Loose have released a video for their new song “Suffocate” which features Poppy on guest vocals. The video was directed by Eric Richter. The song is off their upcoming album You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To which will be out on May 10 via Pure Noise Records. Flatspot World London, the festival put together by Flatspot Records, has announced its lineup for this year. Scowl, Chubby and The Gang, Jivebomb, Stiff Meds will be playing on June 15. Speed, Zulu, Higher Power, and Stereo Dynamite Records will be playing on June 16. Both shows will take place at The Dome in London, UK.

Alabama-based South Star Festival has announced its lineup for this year. Gwen Stefani, Blink-182, Jimmy Eat World, Sublime, Shinedown, Jane’s Addiction, TLC, Juvenile, Gin Blossoms, Candlebox, Dexter and the Moonrocks, Winona Fghter, Beck, Goo Goo Dolls, Bully, Ludacris, Big Boi, Pete Yorn, Vanessa Carlton, and Billy Allen and the Pollies will be playing the festival. South Star Festival will take place at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, AL on September 28-29.

“Our exercise in the power of suggestion! The mighty fist of indoctrination! We wrote the catchiest chorus we could think of and are ready to inflict it upon the world. It’s almost a challenge. Can you make it all the way through the song without getting it stuck in your head? Will you wake up in the middle of the night compelled to put on our record? Are spinach burritos delicious or what? We threw subtlety out the window and are leaping feet-first into this social experiment.”

(which stands for Grohl, Ian, Benante) along with a video of them recording it in the studio. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced its inductees for 2024. They were announced during a Rock Hall-themed episode of American Idol as a guest judge. Ozzy Osbourne (as a solo artist, he was inducted with Black Sabbath in 2006), MC5, Mary J. Blige, Cher, Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Kool and the Gang, A Tribe Called Quest, Jimmy Buffett, Dionne Warwick, Alexis Korner, John Mayall, Suzanne De Passe, Big Mama Thornton, and Norman Whitfield will be inducted during a ceremony on October 19 at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland.
