Joe Escalante of Kung Fu Records and Vandals has joined the on-air staff of Indie 103.1. Escalante joins a station roster which also includes Dicky Barrett of the Mighty Might Bosstones, Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols, Henry Rollins of Black Flag and Joe Sib of SideOneDummy / 22 Jacks.

According to Kung Fu, the show will be called Barely Legal and begin on June 11th, 2005 at 11am PST. and describes the show as a call in program featuring people trying to make it in show business that need legal and/or professional advice. According to Escalante, "it should be part Judge Judy, part American Idol, and part train wreck if everything goes as planned."

The show will also be available online via a stream from Indie103.1.fm and Escalante has promised to reply to "interesting" emails sent to dreamcrusher@barelylegalradio.com as well as on-air calls.
