Only Crime plan to enter the studio in July and August to record their sophomore full length for Fat Wreck Chords. Drummer Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore (Black Flag, Descendents) will be handling the recording. The album is expected out in November of 2006 on

The band released To the Nines in 2004 and features members of the Descendents, Good Riddance, Hagfish/Gwar, and Bane.

The band has also announced plans for a short series of live dates in the Texas area this July and those dates are expected shortly.
