Helmet have posted two tracks from their upcoming debut for Warcon Enterprises. The band will be releasing Monochrome on July 18th. For the record, the band enlisted Strap It On and Meantime collaborator Wharton Tiers to co-produce and return to the organic sound the band is known for.

The album is the first since 2004's Size Matters.

You can check out "Monochrome," "Money Shot" and "Gone" on their purevolume page.

Frontman Page Hamilton recently spoke to MTV about the album, and the band's Warped Tour appearances adding:

I hear so many bands that, to me, I can't distinguish between them. It's sort of like, 'Insert four guys with tattoos here.' And it's pseudo-hardcore or pseudo-punk rock or emo. It just seems like you get your 'Rock Star 101' manual and fill in the blanks. This music just doesn't interest me at this point in my life.
