Social Distortion guitarist Jonny Wickersham spoke to Delco Times about their upcoming plans and why it takes so long to record:
So many bands are so regular with their albums, like, every 18 months is a new record, and after awhile I just stop paying attention. I mean, how much can a band evolve and grow in 18 months? Eighteen months later they're going to put out the same record. The only band I can think of that did that and had a lot of evolution was The Beatles. It's not like we're going to start putting out a record like we've been listening to The Dead or something We've got a handful of songs right now that are finished, and bunch that we're still working on
The band plans to enter the studio February 1st with hopes for a spring release.
