Red Tape Parade / End of a Year detail upcoming album, Mitch Clem art
Germany's Red Tape Parade have revealed details for their upcoming split 7-inch with New York City's End of a Year. The split will be released on German-based Cobra X Records next month. The split will contain two songs from each band; one original and one cover of the song that gave the other band their name. End of a Year has "William Kennedy" and Seaweed's "Red Tape Parade." Stampede leaves ten dead at Indonesian metal concert
10 people were killed and dozens injured after a stampede broke out at a metal concert in Bandung, Indonesia. The show took place Saturday night and featured local band Beside. Doctors are reporting that most of the deceased were teenagers who were trampled during the stampede at a club which some say was filled over capacity, although no official reports have been made. The Portuguese hardcore band, Devil In Me, have debuted the title track from their forthcoming album, Brothers In Arms. The album was recorded and produced by Miguel Marques (Easyway, TwentyInchBurial, More Than A Thousand) at Generator Studio and mastered by Alan Douches (Misfits, Madball, Sick Of It All, Bad Brains, Sepultura, Snapcase, H2O, Strike Anywhere) at West West Side Music Studio, in New York. Turkey's Self Torture posts new material
Turkish hardcore act Self Torture has posted a new track titled "Hate, Anger, Fury." The song has been posted online at their myspace page . The track will be the title of the upcoming video.
