This is the best cd from Catch 22! Catchy songs that combine jazzy ska with power punk. All the songs are great to listen to, with awsome horns, and amazing bass lines. One of the things that makes Catch 22 stand out from other ska bands is their unique style of combining the horns with the guitar and bass lines. While many other ska bands have more of a poppy sound, where the horns just follow the faster guitar riffs, Catch 22's horn section takes on a life of it's own. Keasbey Nights stays far from the poppy-ness of Reel Big Fish or Less Than Jake, and pulls off more of a bluesy, jazzy type sound. This uniqueness, makes Keasbey Nights one of the best ska albums ever. Even if you are not into ska or the music on the cd you will agree that the musical talent presented by the band is amazing all in itself. The highlights on the album are "Dear Sergio" "Keasbey Nights" "On and On and On" and " As The Footsteps Die Out Forever."

Catch-22 is awesome, pity taht the lead-singer dude couldnt make it work even though Streetlight Manifesto is now the best ska band ever i still wish catch-22 would have stayed together and just had streetlight as a side project.

    My Score:

Best ska album ever made. Period. The album is legendary. Ask any ska fan to name 2 or 3 of their top albums and if this album is n't in their list, they probably don't really like ska too much. Myself i am more of an indie or hardcore or jamband guy, yet catch 22 is one of my favorite bands of all time becuase of this album. the song keasbey nights itself is one of the most underappreciated songs in history. enough said.

Pure genious. The best songs are definately "dear sergio", "9mm and a 3 piece suit", "on and on and on", o wait, every single song on the cd is amazing. i'm gonna save you and myself some time and not list every one. i have metalhead friends who hate ska and like this cd. it has an amazing untangible feeling that trancends genre barriers. no one can't like it(and if they don't, they probably listen to 50 cent). i also apologize for mentioning 50 cent, his name should not come up on any message board for anything on this site. long story short: tomas kalnoky is really good at what he does, making music.

I expected a hell of a lot more comments to this alblum. One of the best ska/punk alblums i've heard throughout my time on this earth. I love 'hey sergio', 'day in, day out', '1234,1234' and much much more. I suggest d/l'ing one of those songs. You'll be hooked.
