Weakerthans, Constantines, Q And Not U, Mission Of Burma & more at Pop Montreal

Four day independent music festival Pop Montreal is running from September 29th until October 3rd this year. The festival, now in it's third year, will also be host to a conference exploring the relationship between music and politics. That event, in collaboration with Rights And Democracy, sets out to explore "the role of art and pop-culture in society through a series of events that question and comment on our place in the world."
Bands playing the event include The Weakerthans, The Black Keys, The Constantines, Q And Not U, Mission Of Burma, Death From Above 1979, Franz Ferdinand, Controller.Controller, Flogging Molly, Tricky Woo, The Evaporators and many more.
