Break-ups: Jersey (1996-2005)

Burlington, ON's Jersey has called it quits. The band most recently released Generation Genocide via Stay Gold and Definition with Fueled By Ramen.The band's label had this to say:

Jersey put out records on Fueled By Ramen and Stay Gold/EMI. While they never
broke big they played, drank,lived with the greats for the better part of 10
years. They were involved in countless comps, soundtracks, video games, they
are the definition of true working musicians. They live the life and embrace
the ethos of punk rock and will continue to do so until they check out,
forever our family.

The members of the band are continuing on in various projects. Drummer Jordan Hastings is temporarily drumming with Alexisonfire. Sean McNab is playing in a psychobilly
band and tour managing Alexisonfire. Greg Taylor is playing with guys from
Boys Night Out and The Video Dead and will be writing and recording his own material very soon.
