Regular Records to release Cattlebeast/Michelle Nolan recordings

Cattlebeast has announced that their 2003 recordings with Michelle Nolan of Victory act, Straylight Run will be released this year via Regular Records.

The group explains that:

In April of 2003, a long-lost friend of theirs from high school, Michelle Nolan, sent Cattlebeast a cassette tape of 6 pretty, acoustic songs she had written and recorded in her bedroom. Inspired, the two invited Ms. Nolan to come record with them.

By the end of the run, semblances of 15-20 new tracks had been laid down. Almost two years after the original sessions, Cattlebeast now anxiously awaits Regular Records' official release of these once forgotten recordings.
