Atlanta, Georgia's Black Cougar Shock Unit
have announced UK tour dates in support of their recent record, Godzilla Tripwire and EP Hello Black Cougar Shock Unit on Newest Industry Records. The band will be joined on most stops by Four Letter Word and/or Former Cell Mates. According to the label, these dates replace those posted earlier because booking agency "lied to the band and label for 6 months, not actually booking a single show and finally coming clean about this yesterday."

In related news, the Former Cell Mates will release Hustle in August/September. The band includes members of Leatherface
The Golden Virgins and The Coyote Men. A track from the record can be found here: "Pretty Dress." The Former Cell Mates will join a number of Newest Industry acts - including Leatherface frontman Frankie Stubbs - for a special showcase on September 18th in Cardiff, UK.
The label has also announced plans to launch a US office in Atlanta, Georgia in order to avoid the high postage and tax costs of mail order from the UK.
