Tours: Former Earth Crisis frontman joins A Perfect Murder for upcoming tour
Karl Buechner, formerly of influential straight edge metalcore act, Earth Crisis and currently of Freya, will be joining labelmates A Perfect Murder on their upcoming tour. The band is supporting their recent release, Strength Through Vengeance and Buecher is filling in for vocalist Kevin Randel who is not touring for undisclosed reasons.
Buechner made headlines earlier this year after agreeing to appear on Fox News' At Large with Geraldo Rivera. He appeared on the program to counter alarmist claims that classified straight edge as gang behaviour. Earth Crisis was one of the most high profile members of the militant vegan straight edge movement in the late 90s. The band broke up in 2001.
