Saves the Day completes recording
Just before the beginning of their fall/winter tour, Saves the Day has announced the completion of recording on their new full length. Frontman Chris Conley had this to say on the band's website:
We finally finished the record, after nearly four months of hardly working, I mean hard work. It's all done. which is totally cool, cause now we can find a label and get this music out there.
The band had been working on the follow up to the band's sole major label release, 2003's In Reverie. No label for the record has been named, though an announcement is expected soon. The band most recently released a retrospective rarities compilation titled Ups & Downs: Early Recordings And B-Sides via Vagrant
The band is now touring with
Senses Fail. Opening all shows will be The Early November and Emanuel who will fill in for Say Anything who recently dropped off the bill.
