Blue Meanies are alive and as active as ever!
The Blue Meanies, the world's greatest ska/punk/polka/jazz/carnival hybrid band is officially out of their self-declared "coma" and are getting back in the habit of saving the world via delivering the Rock[TM]. Their summer schedule includes a re-release of their newest album, "The Post Wave" as well as a re-release of their classic disc "Full Throttle" [with new artwork and maybe some unreleased tracks], both on their rightful label home of Thick Records. They are also considering putting out another b-sides CD, salvaging tracks from "The Post Wave" sessions. And they're not stopping there! They have been asked to appear on a Nirvana tribute album coming out this fall on VMS Records, so to be sure to look out for that.
