Charities: Underoath doing charity 'Come & Live' mini-tour in December
Underoath has announced several dates in mid-December with label-mates mewithoutYou, the Chariot, and As Cities Burn. The Come and Live mini-tour follows the band's stint supporting Thrice. You can click Read More to check out the dates.
All four dates will benefit four different charities. Each band has chosen a different charity for each show to benefit, including Habitat for Humanity, Invisible Children, Teen Challenge, and Samaritans Purse, in respect to the dates. Additionally, Tooth & Nail president/CEO Brandon Ebel has agreed to match every dollar raised from the shows.
As well, Underoath will head into the studio in late December with Matt Goldman (the Chariot, Copeland, Anberlin) to record the followup to the recent reissue of 2004's They're Only Chasing Safety, which Goldman engineered, and a release is expected in early 2006. MewithoutYou released Catch Us for the Foxes last year, the Chariot will soon release the Unsung EP, and As Cities Burn recently issued their debut full-length, Son, I Loved You At Your Darkest.
