Street Drum Corps plan March release, reveal album details
Street Drum Corps, which features Bert McCracken of The Used, Frank Zummo of The Start and others have revealed some information about their upcoming full length debut. The band is often described as a "punk rock STOMP", referring to the popular found-percussion-based performers, and released their first official track, a cover of John Lennon's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" on the recent Taste of Christmas compilation.
They are planning to release their self-titled debut on February 21st and the album was produced by DJ Lethal (Limp Bizkit,
formerly of House of Pain.) and also includes John Sawicki of Stomp on one track. The eight song album will include a DVD with live concert and backstage
footage.
