Tours: The Partisans / Picture Frame Seduction April UK tour
The Partisans and Picture Frame Seduction, Welsh punk acts from the UK82 school, are planning to hit the road in the UK this April for the "30 Years of Decay Tour." The tour, which despite their age will be the Partisans first of the UK ever, will be supported by Dogzuki. Click below for the details. Picture Frame Seduction plans to follow up these dates with a tour of New Zealand in September.
Picture Frame Seduction originally formed in 1978 as the Frames. It was not until the early 80s when the band hit their stride as part of punk rock's second wave. The band fell apart by 1987, only to reform in 2003. A new full length titled Sex War was released since then, along with a batch of collected material.
The Partisans formed in late `79, making waves with the 1981 single "Police Story." The band continued until 1985 before falling into limbo, only to revive themselves in 1999. The group's most recent effort was 2004's Dr. Strange released Idiot Nation.
