Red Scare updates: new Methadones album, Teenage Bottlerocket US tour
San Francisco's Red Scare has dropped up the latest news on the happenings. The chairman informed us that their next release will be from Chicago's Methadones. The band will be releasing 21st Century Power Pop Riot later this summer and is currently being tracked at Atlas studios. While details are scarce, the label promises it to be "a mysterious release that's gonna have interesting artwork and a bunch of guest appearances." The band's last album, Not Economically Viable, was released via Thick Records in 2004.
Also of note is Teenage Bottlerocket's upcoming touring plans in support of Total. The band will be heading out with Fat Wreck new-wavers The Epoxies in May and June for a full U.S. tour.
