The Falcon completes recording; the Lawrence Arms streaming songs
The Falcon have completed recording of their upcoming full length. The album was tracked at Atlas Studios and is currently being mastered. The band released their debut EP God Don't Make No Trash Or Up Your Ass With Broken Glass via Red Scare in 2004 and features Lawrence Arms co-vocalist Brendan Kelly and Drummer Neil Hennessy with Alkaline Trio bassist Dan Andriano and guitar Todd Mohney, formerly of Rise Against.
In related news, The Lawrence Arms have started posting songs from their upcoming album Oh! Calcutta!. Already up and gone have been "Cut It Up" and "Great Lakes, Great Escape", while the first track and single "The Devil's Takin' Names" remains available. The band will be posting a track everyday running up to their tour with NOFX and the Loved Ones.
