Street Dogs set to record, upcoming dates with Bouncing Souls, Pogues
Boston's Street Dogs are currently in a rehearsel studio working on material for their upcoming release which is tentatively titled Not Without a Purpose... Not Without a Fight!. The album is the follow up to Back to the World which was released last year.
The band has fifteen new songs as well as a new covers, and Tobe described the songs as "Some good anthems, some old school hardcore, some good old fashioned punk rock barn burners, and a few covers." Among the covers, the band will be recording "Power in a Union" by Billy Bragg.
The band will begin recording the album on May 10th at Salad Days with producer Brian Mcternan. However, before they head in, they will be doing a run of dates which includes a show with the Pogues and a Japan tour with the Bouncing Souls. You can click Read More for the dates so far.
