Lucky Boys Confusion announce shows; new EP
Lucky Boys Confusion have announced four shows and a new EP. The band previously released Commitment in 2003 and
The Red Tape Outtakes (Demos and Heartbreaks) last year.
The band had this to say:
We are going to release our first record of brand new material on June 20th! We're going to put out an EP called "How To Get Out Alive" on our own Townstyle Records label with help from our friends at Reincarnate (Sony/BMG). The EP will feature four brand new LBC tunes plus one very special cover that you have been hearing us play live... Yeah, you know what song we're talking about. We'll announce the tracklisting soon, but in the meantime, check back on Monday, May 1st and we'll have "The Struggle (Getting Out Alive" posted up on myspace for all of you to check out!
To celebrate the release, the band is planning four shows at the Beat Kitchen in Chicago, IL. Each of the nights will follow a theme, with the two dedicated to "old school" sets featuring material from their 2000/2001 releases, Growing Out Of It and Soapbox Spectacle.
