Anti-Flag plans free show for the May Day demonstrations

Anti-Flag has announced a free show for "May Day" or International Workers' Day. The date commemorates the Haymarket Riot which took place in 1886 in Chicago, Illinois and celebrates the achievements of the international labour movement.

The band is headlining the Love Music, Hate Racism aftershow party at Café 1001 London's East End on May 1st and Anti-Flag will join The Stop The War Coalition, Global Resistance & George Galloway there.

The May Day "Love Music Hate Racism" party in Trafalgar Square will also include sets from Babyshambles, Mick Jones (Clash), Belle & Sebastian, Boy Kill Boy, and The Paddingtons.

The outspoken band continues to support their recent full length, For Blood and Empire.
