Blackout Pact deny charges of criminal mischief and furnishing alcohol to a minor
More details have come out regarding the recent incident which saw half of the Blackout Pact arrested and locked up by Indianapolis police officers.
According to a local report:
Seth Piracci, 25, was jailed on preliminary charges of criminal mischief and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Wisam Alshabi, 21, faces the same charges.
The band responded:
Basically, this is all bullshit, we didnt buy alcohol for anybody, and all that happened is we went to sleep and woke up with coppers dragging us around. We are really fucking sorry about the fact that we have had to cancel two shows, but we are in Lancaster right now, ready as ever. The shows continue, the band continues. No worries. We love all of you for your continued support. One final note, about the girl saying that we stole from her, we didnt take anything from anybody's house and are on good terms with the people involved in the that situation. Its been a crazy few days. But thats rock n'roll and it must continue..

Caught with his pants down, the boy in the band must now face the music -- along with eight others, following a drunken romp in a motel, police said. Westfield police spokesman Mike Wheeler said Monday that nine members of rock bands touring the Midwest are facing prosecution here after a weekend bash sparked complaints of a naked man running the halls of Comfort Suites. Wheeler said several guests at the hotel near U.S. 31 and 146th Street had complained about the nude man, who was found in the fourth-floor stairwell still naked when police arrived and led him to his room about 8 a.m. Sunday. "Inside the room, six other males were found passed out," Wheeler reported. Two more were found outside, sleeping in a van. Two of those arrested are believed to be members of a Denver-based hardcore rock band called The Blackout Pact. Seth Piracci, 25, was jailed on preliminary charges of criminal mischief and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Wisam Alshabi, 21, faces the same charges. Authorities believe members of more than one band were involved. They told police they performed Saturday in Carmel. A spokesman for Comfort Suites, 15131 Thatcher Lane, said misbehavior began soon after the nine checked in about 5 a.m. "They started making a little noise," said Ray Schulte. Arrested on charges of criminal mischief and furnishing alcohol to a minor were William Ballry, 22, and Ryan Maddan, 22, both of Santa Cruz, Calif. Facing charges of illegal consumption as a minor are John David Muhoderac, 20; Christopher Fritter, 19; Robert Smith, 19; Daniel Ranken, 19; and, Patrick Mason, 19, all of California. Mason's alleged nude foray led to a public indecency charge.
