Victory signs In Vitro

Victory has signed Atlanta, Georgia-based quartet, In Vitro. The band explains their sound as "Imagine if Cursive and the Arcade Fire had a dancing baby." The band's debut is due out this winter and you can check out three songs on their myspace page.
