Mastodon posts Metallica cover from "Remastered"

Mastodon has posted their contribution to the recent Kerrang-sponsored tribute to Metallica's classic Master of Puppets. The disc included each track on the original album performed by an artist for the record's 20th anniversary. Welsh act Bullet for My Valentine contributed "'Welcome Home (Sanitarium)" and other acts including Trivium, Fightstar, Mastodon and Funeral for a Friend also participated. You can check out "Orion" on Mastodon's myspace page. The band is currently prepping their upcoming major label debut for Warner. The record is the follow up to 2004's Leviathan and their first for the major label.
