Tours: Foo Fighters acoustic tour with Pat Smear, Frank Black

This summer the Foo Fighters will hit the road for a handful of acoustic shows in the US. The band will be playing songs from the second disc of their latest double album In Your Honor.The band will be joined by a number of additional players for the shows, including Germs member and former Foo Fighter Pat Smear on guitar. The band will also be accompanied by violinist Petra Haden, Rami Jaffee on keys, and percussionist Drew Hester.

The three July dates will be opened by surfer Timmy Curran and his band. Pixies frontman Frank Black will open the four August shows. Click below for the dates.
