The Distance post more details about Abacus debut
Connecticut hardcore act the Distance have posted the artwork for their Abacus debut. The band recorded this past January with Shep Goodman (Head Automatica, Bayside). The album is titled The Rise, the Fall, and Everything in Between and is set for release on June 27th, 2006.
Along with the normal release, they are planning a special limited edition version, due to street the same day, which will include DVD featuring the video for "Inspired By You", a making-of the video, and documentary
about the making of the record.
Last week, the band released an iTunes and retail EP, titled Inspired By For (For the Broken Hearted). It includes the previously 7-inch only cover of "Anything, Anything" by Dramarama.
Both discs follow the band's recent rarities compilation, the Think Fast!-released If You Lived Here You'd Be Home Already.
