No Choice recording in August, on benefit for Icons Of Filth's Stig
No Choice recently posted an update detailing their summer plans. On the recording front, the English act plans to hit the studio in August to record an album tentatively titled Vive le Internationalist. It will follow up their 2004 record Dry River Fishing. A live video of the new song "Factions to Fractions" recorded at the band's March gigs with Against Me! can be found on their MySpace page.
The band has also contributed the song "Change" to an upcoming tribute for late Icons Of Filth vocalist Andrew ''Stig'' Sewell. The double CD compilation / benefit album will be titled They've Taken Everything: In Memory Of Stig and is expected in June via Profane Existence. The project will include contributions from 33 bands including M.D.C., the Oppressed, Hard Skin, Drongos For Europe and Toxic Narcotic among others. You can hear a demo of "Charge" on the band's MySpace site as well. More info is available from Profane Existence Records.
