The Charts: June 6th, 2006

Our fourth weekly chart courtesy of our friends at Interpunk.com. We'll be bringing you a weekly update on the most popular albums of the past week, and of the past year as determined by sales in that store. We thought it would be a good way to see what people are listening to within our community; whether it be punk, hardcore, emo, ska or whatever.

As you might have expected, the release of AFI's Decemberunderground sent them almost to the top of the 2006 lists, coming close to unseating Anti-Flag's For Blood and Empire which has been out since March. Victory's "super-tuesday" resulted in 4 of the five best debuts last week, with albums from Silverstein, Sleeping, Junior Varsity and the Forecast all making strong showings.
