Tours: Dayglo Abortions / Sip Yek Nom in western Canada
Long running Canadian punk / metal act Dayglo Abortions are on tour this month in western Canada with Northwest Territories founded act Sip Yek Nom. Click below for the details.
It's rare to hear of bands hailing from the Canadian territories, but Sip Yek Nom were indeed founded in the community of Hay River, NT on the southern shore of Great Slave Lake. In January the band relocated to the warmer climate of Vancouver, BC. Sip Yek Nom plays what they call "intense fucked up creepy original punk rock metal shit," which you can preview on their MySpace page.
