Flashlight Brown and Hollywood Records part ways
Editor's preface: Sorry we're a little late on this one...
Flashlight Brown have announced they are no longer with major label Hollywood Records and that all future summer tour dates have been cancelled. The band issued the following statement on their MySpace page:
Hi all. Due to extreme differences of opinion, we are no longer with Hollywood Records. These circumstances have forced us to cancel all our summer touring. Apologies to all, especially to those who have been patiently waiting for the release of a record that is 3 years overdue. The record will come out soon and we will let you know when it becomes available in your country. Thanks for being there for us and we can't wait to play again in your hometown.
The group recently released their follow up to 2003's My Degeneration, titled Blue, in Japan. There's been no word yet on when the release will be made available in North America and Europe or through which label.
