Big D and the Kids Table detail Halloween shows, upcoming releases
Big D and the Kids Table has posted an update on some of their plans for the coming months as well as the status of their next full length and an upcoming split with China's Brain Failure:
Our tenth annual Halloween show is a little over a month away. This year we'll be playing two nights at Axis in Boston instead of one show at Avalon. It should be an awesome couple of days. We've got the Toasters for one day and the Pietasters for the other! The rest of the bands will be confirmed very soon and we'll let you know when it's all said and done.
Right now we're working on our new full-length record. We've written about 40 songs!!! It's been the craziest writing process ever. This record will be our best release, without a doubt. As for our split EP with Brain Failure, that will be out in January of 2007. We were hoping for a Halloween release, but it just wasn't possible.
The band's last studio full length was 2004's How It Goes. In the interim, the band issued the Salem Girls EP.
