Bedouin Soundclash cancel shows due to illness
Bedouin Soundclash has dropped off their tour with Flogging Molly due to illness. The band will rejoin the tour on the 15th in Baltimore. In a message via the band's MySpace page frontman Jay Malinowski commented that he has been "fighting some strange virus for the past five weeks (the one that took my voice at Leeds festival in August) and it still hasn't receeded, so we are taking two weeks of rest."
The Ontario-based three piece continues to support their 2004 Union Label Group / SideOneDummy release Sounding a Mosaic, which has been certified Gold in Canada. The follow up album Street Gospels has been completed for some time and is expected some time between now and the end of 2007.
