Against Me! begin recording

Against Me! recently posted a recording update in a MySpace blog:

Against Me! are going into an undisclosed studio location in Los Angeles on Monday, October 16th to start recording the new album. Producing this record is Butch Vig, which adds to the anticipation of course.

No official release date has been set, but the record can be expected next year through Sire Records.

The band released Americans Abroad!!! Against Me!!! Live in London!!! in August.
