Members of Countdown, Tiefighter, and Looking Up form Amend

Members of Countdown, Tiefighter, and Looking Up have created a new project called Amend. The band, formed roughly about 1 month ago, also just posted their first 2 songs online at their MySpace page. Amend's first show will be Saturday November 25th at the Hadouken Fest in City Of Industry, California.
