Bad Brains plan listening parties, events for album release
With their highly anticipated new album set to drop next week, Bad Brains has announced some pre-release plans for the coming days.
The band will be releasing Build a Nation on June 26, 2007. As originally reported, the album was produced by Adam "MCA" Yauch of the Beastie Boys and is the first non-Beastie record to be recorded at the Beastie Boys' Oscilloscope Laboratories and Studio compound in New York City.
Along with listening parties in major cities in the US, the band will be performing on
New York's Temptress Cruise Ship as part of the Rocks Off Concert Series on June 25. It's an album release
party that will sail around Manhattan.
