Punk rock Plagiarism?

"Punkmusic posted news about a new record label, Times New Roman Records. Apparently the designers of the new record label's site had no idea that their site looks so surprisingly similar to this site."
Or did they? I searched both sites extensively and cannot find any reference to one another; something seems fishy.
