Smallman News: Layaway Plan / Moneen / Choke

Here's some news form Smallman Records:

Layaway Plan: The where are the members of the now-defunct Layaway Plan headed? Vocalist Terry is playing with hardcore band Indignance, Guitarist Stacy Hahn will be playing with tech punk band Pillar in January, drummer Al Millar is heading to Vancouver, while bassist Scott Schroeder is moving to Edmonton.
Moneen: The band will be filming their first video for 'No Better Way to Show your Love than a set of Broken Legs' on January 8th, 2002 in Winnipeg. It will be directed by Caelum Vanstdal, who directed both Weakerthans videos.
Choke: Choke is set to begin work on their 5th album in mid February. Recording will begin on February 17th in Vancouver. Pre-production is currently taking place in Edmonton. The currently untitled album is set for release through Smallman Records on April 2, 2002.
