Progress updates from A Static Lullaby: record, video and tour plans
A Static Lullaby has posted on an update on progress towards their next full length for Fearless.
We are currently in the middle of writing the new record and it's been going extremely well. We pushed back our recording date a few months, so now we have a little more time to focus on making the best record possible. We've also taken this time off to finally begin to shape the band into the best possible form.
As many of you noticed, we have parted ways with our guitarist John. There is no longer any dissention in the band and we are both collectively happier with our current situations. We wish him the best of luck with his future projects. It's also important to know that we are NOT on the lookout for a new guitarist as we are currently much better off and comfortable as a four piece.
we have a brand new music video coming out soon! It will be premiering next week and should hopefully be able to hold you guys over till we can get some new music out for you. Also be on the lookout for a short run of shows early next year. We'll be playing some of the new songs, and we expect you guys to come out and tell us what you think.
The album will be the follow up to A Static Lullaby and the band has enlisted producer Steve Evetts to handle the proceedings.
