Jared Shavelson leaves None More Black, replaced by Richard Minino (NMDS, Gatorface)
None More Black has entered 2009 with a lineup change. The band's long time drummer Jared Shavelson has left the band. Bassist Paul Delaney commented:
He shared the most time with us, and is possibly one of the best drummers around today. However, the time has come for both entities to move in different directions. He is, and will always be our friend, and a part of our family.
In recent years Jared's also performed with the The Hope Conspiracy and Paint It Black.
Taking Jared's place behind the kit is Richard Minino of New Mexican Disaster Squad and Gatorface. He's also the artist behind Horsebites Design. Punknews.org spoke with Minino about his art last year.
None More Black is working on new music but are reporting that nothing new will be complete or available in the near future. The last released This Is Satire in 2006. The band will play the Harvest of Hope Festival in St. Augustine, FL on March 6th. Other bands playing the event include Against Me!. Propagandhi, Bouncing Souls, Strike Anywhere.
