So i am writing this from the office of my current employer, kangaroo couriers, where i have been working as a bike messenger for the past six months of being home. i think back to this time last year when we were in the middle of Europe having the time of our lives touring throughout the mainland and the uk. its definitely a 360 from touring nine months out of the year to working for six months straight, but its been a nice change of pace to get back into the 9-5 world.
That being said, we are excited to get back into the swing of things with a tour with our buddies Big Attack kicking off in a week, a tour with Landmines in july, and we head back to Europe/UK in sep/oct then fly straight back to do the fest 8.
So we are ready to get back out there and this dispatch includes another song from the new record titled "train song" edited to video of tour footage from our tour last summer. it shows a lot of the time spent not playing, which is 95 percent of what touring is, and i think it does a good job of showing that, as well as all the fun things we come up with to kill time, which usually includes finding a lake and jumping into it. but in the end, i think the footage does the song justice, through the exhaustion, hijinx, good times, and bad.
Thanks to Punknews for featuring our new stuff and we hope it might turn some new listeners on to come and check us out at some of the shows coming up in the next few months.
