New Rochelles: "Quit Givin' Me the Stinkeye"
Pop-punk band The New Rochelles have premiered their video for "Quit Givin' Me the Stinkeye." The band released It's New! in 2011.
Lead singer and guitar player, Ronnie Rochelle, had this to say about the video:
Hey kids, "Quit Givin' Me The Stinkeye" was filmed on the infamous Wonder Wheel of Coney Island, NY. This was a one take deal, just kinda screwing around inbetween takes of another video for the track "Did Something Bad." The idea behind "Quit Givin' Me the Stinkeye" comes from numerous accounts of jocks, jersey shore guidos, and yo boys of New York giving me an actual "stinkeye." For those unfamiliar with the term "stinkeye," it's the shit-eating, walkin-around-like-my-nuts-don't-stink, tough guy look on the face of a such described fella. For those described that may actually be reading this, I'm tired of you. "Quit It!" ok???
