Somehow Hollow (ex-Grade) signs with Victory Records

us that Chart Attack is reporting in an article
the status of the ex-members of Grade. Three
of the five members are now playing in former side-project band Somehow
Hollow
. They group has been around for a while now, started as a side
project by Grade guitarist Brad Casarin with
members Mike Casarin, Kent Abbott and Drew Clark. They put out a self-titled
album
in May of 2001 on Toronto's East
End Industries
. Eventually Mike and Kent also joined Grade
and put Somehow Hollow
on hiatus. 
Somehow Hollow
have signed with Victory Records.
Their first album for the label is tentatively titled "Busted Wings And
Rusted Halos" and is due in early 2003. In November the band will tour
Quebec and Ontario, click below for the dates.
As for the other Grade members, singer
Kyle Bishop is taking time off before possibly starting a new band or solo
career. Drummer Charles Moniz is now playing bass in Avril
Lavigne
's band. Weird.
