The Clash's Mick Jones and Paul Simonon join Primal Scream on stage

The Clash's Mike Jones and Paul Simonon reunited on stage at a performance with Primal Scream which was a benefit dedicated to victims of the Hillsborough disaster. In the tragedy more than 96 people were killed when a human crush occurred, due to failure of "police control."

The two musicians - who also reunited for The Gorillaz's Plastic Beach - performed some Clash songs in the show including "Jail Guitar Doors," "Brand New Cadillac," and "Guns of Brixton." Reportedly twelve Clash songs in all were performed in all. We've only dug up footage of one track, "Brand New Cadillac," but you can check that out below.

The show was part of a tour and two dates remain; tonight at Liverpool University and tomorrow at the O2 Arena in Glasgow, Scotland.
