Hellcat's 2003 Outlook

Hellcat recently announced which of their bands will have albums upcoming in
2003. The US Bombs are recording a follow up to "Back At The Laundromat"
titled "The US Bombs Attack!"  and have a release date set for
March of 2003. F-Minus is currently recording with producer Steve Albini
(Flogging Molly, Nirvana). Also they announced that the Slackers are in the
studio, while this is not "new" news, it does mean that the band is
likely still with Hellcat despite rumors of the contrary.
Other acts set for 2003 releases include Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros
(check my review of their great "Global A Go Go"),
Nekromantix, Tiger
Army (review), the
Dropkick Murphys (review)
and Rancid (review).
