The Pietasters back James Brown!

Fueled By Ramen is reporting that The Pietasters have the honor of backing
James Brown at his December 13th show in Washington DC. The band sent the Godfather of Soul a demo of them jamming on a few of his classics and were promptly asked to perform with him at the event. The
show is the WHFS Holiday Nutcracker.
Other bands at the event include Queens Of The Stone
Age, The Distillers, Zwan and more. Not that any of them are doing anything
as cool as backing Soul Brother Number One. Check out the line up
