Former Misfits frontman, Michale Graves arrested for marijuana possession
Continuing our "arrest trifecta" for today comes the news that infamous right-wing punk and brief Misfits frontman Michael Graves has been arrested for marijuana possession and will have to miss the El Paso, Texas date on his summer tour. According to a report from his label, Screaming Crow Records, Graves was caught while passing through a border check point in Kennedy County on Monday.
He had 6 grams of marijuana and was taken into custody by the Kingsville Sherriff's department and charged with a misdemeanor. Graves is currently on his War of Information tour and will be recording an album of the same name for release in the Spring of 2013. He is already back on tour but will have to answer to the charges later on.
(It's notable that while Graves is a Republican, he is also a Ron Paul supporter and Paul is famous for his position against drug prohibition.)
