Against Me! to release 'Transgender Dysphoria Blues' Jan. 21

The long-awaited, much-anticipated new full-length from Against Me! finally has a release date. Transgender Dysphoria Blues will be out January 21, 2014 via the band's own Total Treble, with Resist Records set to release it in Australia. Once out, it'll follow up 2010's
White Crosses, though in the interim AM! released the
Russian Spies [7-inch]
 in 2011 and the
True Trans [EP]
 earlier this year.

Parts of the album were recorded at Studio 606, Earth Sound Studio, Motor Studio and Total Treble Studio. In addition to longtime members Laura Jane Grace and guitarist James Bowman, Transgender Dysphoria Blues marks the debut of drummer Atom Willard (Rocket From The Crypt, Angels and Airwaves). Fat Mike of NOFX performed bass on two of the album's 10 tracks, "FUCKMYLIFE666" and "Unconditional Love."
