Franz Nicolay & The Cut Ups: 'Bearing Torches: The Rottingdean Sessions'

In November, Franz Nicolay toured the UK with Exeter's The Cut Ups as his backing band (he also played keys during their own set on the tour). At the end of the tour, they recorded Nicolay's set as live with no edits, overdubs or re-takes. The result, titled Bearing Torches: The Rottingdean Sessions, is now available to purchase and can be heard under Read more. The session includes nine original Nicolay songs and one cover of "Born To Cry" originally by Dion & The Belmonts.
