Twink (Pink Fairies) announces new album, re-releases
Proto-punk pioneer, Twink of The Pink Fairies has announced a new album as well as a few rereleases. Next month, Twink will be heading to Italy to record Think Pink II, the follow up to 1970's mind freak Think Pink. For the sessions, Twink's backing band will be Italy's Technicolour Dream.
Meanwhile, Twink has just re-released the outtakes compilation The Lost Experimental Recordings via Burger Records. He has also just released a live album recorded with Pink Floyd's Syd Barrett via Easy Action records. That album is billed under the group name The Last Minute Put Together Band and the album is called Six Hour Technicolour Dream.
